Kathy is a self taught artist living and painting on the NSW south coast , Australia . She is inspired to paint mostly in oil and acrylic the scenery of this stunning coastline and surrounds and has an interest in observing people as they go about their every day lives . The south coast is a haven for water sports of all kinds and a popular getaway for holiday makers from Sydney who support the growing cafe culture of the region. Invariably these ambiant scenes make their way into Kathy's artworks . Kathy trained as an interior decorator in her early career and since raising her two children is now enjoying life as a full time artist .
